A full-time position:

40 hours per week

Position Summary:

HVAC contractor seeking a very organized, detail oriented and reliable person for a full-time Project Coordinator position. You will be coordinating internal labor and vendors for multiple projects at a time to meet project deadlines and deliverables. The Service Dispatcher will support you in dispatching field technicians and entering paperwork and the Admin Assistant will support you in coordinating tools, travel, and placing orders for materials and vendors.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Project planning, scheduling, and coordination from start to finish, including but not limited to: coordinating pre-walks, ordering materials, sending progress updates to the Accounting Team for phase billing, and final close-out documentation
  • Accurate forecasting for labor and project timelines
  • Process change order requests from both our vendors and customers
  • Coordination of critical subcontractors
  • Resolution of problems involving material delivery and contract coordination
  • Coordinating schedules with Service Dispatcher and Customer, including emergency service requests related to on-going projects
  • Issuing purchase orders related to on-going projects
  • General office work

Qualifications:

  • Previous Project Coordination experience preferred
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • HVAC knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Demonstrates proficiency in multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and good time management skills

  • Ability to drive tasks to a conclusion

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

This position will be 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Business hours are typically from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a flexible 30-minute lunch. Depending on the volume of emergency calls, the office staff may be expected to stay later some days.

Our office can get very busy during specific seasons so you must be able to multi-task with a smile. Great customer service skills and being reliable is a must! We are looking for long-term employee that is willing to learn. Salary depending on experience.
